Requirements

  • 5+ years in IT industry and experience on enterprise-wide workplace projects - Printers and
    related technologies, such as Secure Printing.
  • Solid working knowledge of Business Intelligence concepts structured data reporting and
    analysis.
  • Experience gathering report requirements from end users and translating to functional
    specifications.
  • Strong Excel skills - VLOOKUP's Pivot Tables etc.
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework and project management methodologies.
