Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced business analyst to analyze business performance, identify growth opportunities, and support strategic decision-making across our initiatives. You will work closely with product, marketing, operations, and technology teams to optimize online sales, customer engagement, and operational efficiency. Just as important as the numbers is your ability to sit with US-based clients and stakeholders, understand what they are really trying to solve, and translate that into clear requirements and recommendations the delivery team can act on.
