Responsibilities

This position works in PRC - Support Services. This is analytical work at the senior level in support of the organization’s Recreation Management Software and Financial System, including ACTIVENet. An incumbent coordinates a number of activities supporting the sustainment of applications; establishes performance metrics; identifies significant issues and oversees the development of solutions and/or workarounds; ensures vendors provide adequate services to support projects or systems; performs a number of activities supporting the identification of business requirements and the design of solutions; ensures hardware, software, network and data requirements are understood; reviews findings with technical staff; assists in documenting solutions and preparing alternatives; facilitates workshops, coordinates the documentation of current processes (Including ACTIVENet), the preparation of working papers, providing options of alternative solutions; performs a n...
