We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst on a 12-month fixed term contract to support the definition, build, and implementation of a business-critical application within the general insurance industry. Reporting to the Head of PMO, this role will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and delivery partners to ensure the solution meets business needs and is successfully implemented. This role is suited to a BA with hands-on experience delivering general insurance projects, who understands insurance operations and can translate business requirements into effective system solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Elicit, analyse, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements within a general insurance context
  • Work closely with technical teams and vendors to translate business requirements into solution design and system configuration inputs
