Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to define GenAI use cases, value propositions, and success metrics
- Assess current data, processes, and technology to identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation
- Translate business requirements into solution concepts, data strategy, and implementation roadmaps
- Support adoption of GenAI capabilities such as virtual agents, automation, insights generation, and analytics
- Facilitate workshops and document requirements, KPIs, and process improvements
