Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Handle collection and sorting of daily mails, scanning and arranging of documents
  • Assist in scanning bank statements, letters and other related accounting documents for clients
  • Update Viewpoint system and scan documents needed
  • Update details and information into systems
  • Maintain and follow up on due cases and update identification documents
  • Ad-hoc admin duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Secretarial Support/Paralegal
