PURPOSE:
 
The primary purpose of a Business Administrator: Timesheet is to ensure the efficient and accurate operation of the organization's timesheet management system.
This role is critical for maintaining accurate records of employee working hours, which directly impacts payroll processing, project management, compliance with labour laws, and overall operational efficiency.
This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of timekeeping data, assists users with system-related issues, and collaborates with various departments to optimize timesheet processes.

FORMAL EDUCATION:



  •  Grade 12

  • Bachelor’s degree/comprehensive experience in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance or a related field.
