Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in administrative support for Supporting Department of the company.
  • Assist in recruitment coordination (interview scheduling, documentation).
  • Support employee records, filing, and HR data updates.
  • Assist in onboarding and basic HR administrative tasks.
  • Assist in purchase requisition (PR) and purchase order (PO) tracking.
  • Liaise with internal users and suppliers for delivery follow-up.
  • Maintain purchasing records.
  • Assist in EHS documentation, filing, and data updates.
  • Support safety training records, PPE tracking, and audits preparation.
  • Participate in safety inspections and EHS-related activities when required.
  • Assist in invoice checking, matching (PO–DO–Invoice).
  • Support basic data entry, expense tracking, and filing.
  • Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.
