Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in administrative support for Supporting Department of the company.
- Assist in recruitment coordination (interview scheduling, documentation).
- Support employee records, filing, and HR data updates.
- Assist in onboarding and basic HR administrative tasks.
- Assist in purchase requisition (PR) and purchase order (PO) tracking.
- Liaise with internal users and suppliers for delivery follow-up.
- Maintain purchasing records.
- Assist in EHS documentation, filing, and data updates.
- Support safety training records, PPE tracking, and audits preparation.
- Participate in safety inspections and EHS-related activities when required.
- Assist in invoice checking, matching (PO–DO–Invoice).
- Support basic data entry, expense tracking, and filing.
- Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.
