Handle engineering and project documentation, including proper filling and record-keeping. Prepare quotation, invoice, purchase orders and delivery documents. Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and clients on administrative and project-related matters. Maintain accurate project records, schedules, and reports Support procurement and inventory tracking for materials and equipment Assist management with reports and general operational support Assist with tender submissions and project filing Handle correspondence with clients, authorities, and vendors Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Engineering related field At least 1 year of relevant working experience Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask Good communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working with technical teams Preferred (Advantage)
