Job Description:

  • Handle engineering and project documentation, including proper filling and record-keeping.
  • Prepare quotation, invoice, purchase orders and delivery documents.
  • Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and clients on administrative and project-related matters.
  • Maintain accurate project records, schedules, and reports
  • Support procurement and inventory tracking for materials and equipment
  • Assist management with reports and general operational support
  • Assist with tender submissions and project filing
  • Handle correspondence with clients, authorities, and vendors

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Engineering related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask
