- Handle engineering and project documentation, including proper filling and record-keeping.
- Prepare quotation, invoice, purchase orders and delivery documents.
- Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and clients on administrative and project-related matters.
- Maintain accurate project records, schedules, and reports
- Support procurement and inventory tracking for materials and equipment
- Assist management with reports and general operational support
- Assist with tender submissions and project filing
- Handle correspondence with clients, authorities, and vendors
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Engineering related field
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask
