Your responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and running forecasting models to predict workforce needs.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and secure approvals.
  • Presenting insights and conducting business reviews with senior leadership.
  • Building dashboards and reports to support strategic decision-making.
    • What you'll need to succeed
  • Strong technical skills in time series forecasting, SQL, Python, and
    • Excel.
  • Experience with dashboarding tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Background in data science and workforce-related analytics preferred....
