Job Type: Full-time, unionized

Hours: Friday to Monday - 2:30 pm to 2:30 am – 3 X 12-hour shifts

Hourly rate: $28.44
Premium: $3

Number of Positions: 7

Job Summary

Responsible for all tasks and/or duties relating to inventory in any capacity. These include but are not limited to:

  • Set up and operate CNC and milling machines, drill presses and other equipment.
  • Fabricating Bus Bar and other parts/components, as required
  • Program computerized equipment and make program edits as per requirements.
  • Run and/or set up the CNC machines with the correct speed and feed.
  • Thoroughly inspect parts and maintain quality based on TPS requirements
  • Use precision measuring equipment such as micrometres and callipers to verify work.
  • Identify issues with machining tools and equipment and document/report them
