Bunker Operations Assistant Manager

Integr8 is currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented experienced Bunker Operations Assistant Manager.

In this role you will lead a small bunker operations team based in Mumbai as well as supporting and managing the end-to-end operational execution of bunker deliveries, deepen your operational expertise, contribute to process improvements and expand regional specific knowledge.

You will work closely with traders, suppliers, agents, surveyors, and internal teams to ensure smooth, timely, and compliant bunker operations while proactively managing operational risks.

Operational Coordination & Communication

• Establish early and effective communication with all stakeholders involved in bunker deliveries.
• Coordinate and track supply schedules, including ETA updates, berthing information, and delivery progress.
