Become an integral part of the Northlander Facilities Management team as a Buildings Maintenance Operator in Cochrane. Ensure safe, efficient, and well-maintained facilities while handling diverse maintenance tasks.
Reporting to the Supervisor, Facilities, you will oversee operations for all buildings within our portfolio. This role requires expertise in maintenance management, including HVAC, plumbing, and minor construction. With a focus on compliance to Ontario building codes, you will make a difference through your contribution to facility upkeep.
Key Responsibilities:
• Log maintenance requests using the ticket system
• Perform filter maintenance and minor repairs
• Verify daily operation of facility equipment
• Coordinate external contractors for maintenance tasks
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas
