Job Description
- Performing preventative and corrective maintenance on building but not limited to : skilled carpentry, electrical , painting, plastering , dry walling, plumbing , air conditioning and mechanical work, etc
- Installation and wiring of electrical control, convenience outlets, and lighting systems.
- Preventive and Corrective maintenance of equipment, electrical wiring, and fixtures (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.)
- Reading technical diagrams and blueprints.
- Inspecting transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components.
- Troubleshooting electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
- Following National Electrical Code state and local building regulations.
- Maintaining good knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems as well as various testing equipment.
- Receiving and responding to reports of mechanical or maintenance issues on the building
