Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve facility issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or installations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Respond to emergency repair requests and provide timely solutions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Assist in facility upgrades and renovations as required.
- Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.
