Building Superintendent

Location: Lesmill Road Toronto, ON

Pay Rate: $19.00 - $20.00/hour

Staffmax is currently hiring a Building Superintendent for one of our clients in Toronto. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable, hands-on maintenance professional to support the daily operations of a large residential apartment complex.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and well-operated property while delivering excellent customer service to tenants and working closely with the property management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily building inspections, including common areas, parking garage, mechanical rooms, stairwells, hallways, and exterior grounds.
  • Complete maintenance requests, minor repairs, preventative maintenance, and follow up on completed work orders.
