• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, including troubleshooting, fixture replacements, basic fixes, and preventive servicing.
• Respond promptly to tenant/resident maintenance requests and complaints.
• Carry out interior finishing and repair work.
• Conduct regular building walkthroughs and inspections of structural elements to identify potential issues, perform preventive maintenance, and report findings to management.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and appearance of common areas and outdoor spaces.
• Manage day-to-day maintenance operations.
