The Role
We are hiring Superintendents to join our team. This is a full-time position, working at one or more assigned buildings, with participation in a rotating on-call schedule to cover evenings, weekends, and emergency situations.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment throughout the property.
• Report all deficiencies, maintenance requirements, vandalism, and care-taking supply inventory to the Property Manager as required.
