Building Services Engineer

Job Description:

• Lead the design and delivery of building services engineering projects
• Prepare engineering calculations, designs, and technical documentation
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project stakeholders
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during construction
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and engineering best practices
• Manage project programmes, budgets, and client expectations
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to project success

Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years' experience within a Building Services Consulting environment
• Strong building services design experience essential
• Proven project management and client liaison experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word
