About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Building Safety Manager to join the Guinness Team. This is a permanent, full ‑ time vacancy based in our London, Euston Road office. This role is agile ‑ based, enabling flexible, collaborative working to support responsive decision ‑ making and continuous improvement in building safety.
What we’re looking for
You will ensure high risk and complex buildings within the scope of legislation are compliantly managed, maintained safely and evidenced through the creation and continued management of building safety cases presented to the Building Safety Regulator.
You will be able to demonstrate these essential skills:
Extensive knowledge and understanding of fire safety legislation and guidance, building regulations and technical standards.
Experience of updating and maintaining detailed information systems ensuring that data is logged accurately and consistent...
