Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner to ensure a positive first impression.
- Manage phone calls, inquiries, messages, and visitor registration or access issues.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, scheduling, data entry, and updating directories.
- Receive deliveries, direct visitors to the appropriate staff, and help with communication during emergencies.
- Follow building rules and safety procedures, assist with crowd control, and carry out other assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
- College graduate, preferably with a degree in Tourism or related courses.
- At least 1 year of experience in reception (experience in residential, hotel, or commercial settings is an advantage).
- Willing to work longer hours and can start ASAP.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php21, Php23,000.00 per month
