Role Summary
The Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for the daily operation, upkeep, and technical support of assigned buildings. This role ensures that building systems operate reliably, tenant concerns are addressed promptly, and contractor activities meetpany standards.Key Responsibilities
Contractor & Tenant Oversight
Building MaintenanceMaintain mechanical, electrical, and sprinkler rooms with proper labeling, documentation, and housekeeping. Ensuremon areas remain clean through coordination with contracted services. Perform general repairs including lighting replacement, minor fixes, and door hardware adjustments. Monitor and support the operation of HVAC systems. Perform or coordinate repairs related to windows, doors, and service rooms. Respond to emergency maintenance requests on a 24/7 basis. Ensure appropriate snow removal and seasonal maintenance. Support preventative maintenance programs.
