Reporting to the FMO Project Manager or their designate, the Building Operator will be responsible for maintaining assigned client facilities located in Calgary and the greater Calgary area. This includes maintaining safe conditions inside and outside the facilities, performing minor plumbing and electrical repairs, safety oversight of subcontractors, and conducting mechanical inspections and equipment maintenance. These tasks will be carried out using Facilities, Maintenance, and Operations (FMO) strategies to ensure continued operational efficiency.
