Job Summary
The Building Maintenance Technician conducts extensive monitoring and routine assessments of building systems to ensure optimal operation and performance. Performs tests, rounds, and data analysis to maintain departmental equipment functionality.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain non-critical equipment such as refrigeration, heat exchangers, HVAC, electrical systems, and hot water systems.
- Monitor, adjust, and maintain systems including refrigeration, chilled water, air conditioning, boilers, ventilating and hot water heaters, pumps, valves, piping, filters, and other mechanical and electrical equipment; record readings and make necessary adjustments.
