Building Operations Lead – Grade A Commercial

Allied Search Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Building Executive (Grade A Commercial Building) to oversee daily operations and maintenance, ensuring a safe, functional, and well-managed environment for tenants.

You will conduct regular inspections, coordinate preventive maintenance and M&E works, manage outsourced service providers, and monitor safety systems including fire protection and drills. The role also involves budgeting for operating and capital expenditures, contract
