Building Manager

We are looking for a Building Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and performance of our property in Surabaya. This role is responsible for ensuring the building operates safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the highest service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• :Manage the overall building operations, including engineering, housekeeping, security, parking, and landscaping
• .Ensure all building systems (MEP, HVAC, fire safety, elevators, etc.) operate efficiently through preventive and corrective maintenance programs
