Building Manager

The Building Manager oversees all operational aspects of the student residence, including: facilities management, maintenance planning, contractor coordination, asset control, occupational health & safety (OHS), and student satisfaction initiatives. Key Responsibilities Facilities Management Plan, monitor, and manage cleaning services, security services, repairs, and preventive maintenance. Oversee third-party service providers: access control, cleaning contractors, grounds & gardens, transport, and security teams. Implement operational reporting schedules and recommend service improvements. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation. Maintenance Execute and supervise planned and preventative maintenance tasks. Prioritise and allocate maintenance requests efficiently.
