Building manager

To oversee the maintenance, safety and cleanliness of Tlhabane Square. Manage day to day of the tenants in the building and coordinate service providers.

Responsibilities Communicates with tenants to ensure day to day satisfaction Ensures safety and security of the building by interpreting and implementing safety standards Ensures and manages the hygiene of building Maintains buildings within budget by: managing and leading the maintenance supervisor & proactive maintenance planning Conduct and/or review routine building inspections as per the approved standards and checklists (including vacant buildings and/or spaces) Scope, motivate and execute unplanned maintenance with the relevant FM & RFM Scope and manage minor Opex Projects (in consultation with the relevant FM, RFM and FPM) Prepare weekly updates on building inspections and Opex Projects (budgeted and unbudgeted), and report weekly at FM team meetings Alert and attend to building emergencies as per the approved Emergen...
