Job Description

Our client is a top international hospital in Thailand, also listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand.

Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and implementing a program to ensure that all Utility Systems and Equipment operate effectively and efficiently.
  • Handling the inspection and maintenance of the Utility Systems and Equipment.
  • Managing manpower and resources to provide services effectively and efficiently.
  • Monitoring and reporting utility consumptions, system and equipment condition, breakdowns, maintenance cost, and staff performance.
  • Handling the management of tools and instruments inventories.
  • Handling the management of spare parts inventories. 
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 5-10 years of experience in buildings, hotels, and hospitals.
  • Good command of English, both writing and speaking.
  • Problem-Solving and negotiation skills.
