Building Maintenance Technician - Millwright (Building Operator) FT 2nd shift

Job Description Summary

The Building Operator/Millwright takes direction from the Building Operator Lead Hand and is responsible for operation and maintenance functions within designated facilities that include single buildings or a portfolio of buildings within judicial institutions. The Building Operator performs a wide variety of maintenance, repair, minor alterations and service functions, operates and maintains designated buildings and related equipment, handles major emergencies, maximizes predictive and preventative maintenance activities. The Building Operator/Millwirght will be required to work rotating shifts and be on-call for emergency call out as required.
