Responsibilities

  • Supervise workers and projects
  • Coordinate and schedule activities
  • Train or arrange for training

  • Recommend personnel actions
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies

Qualifications

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in building maintenance or related supervisory role.
  • Supervision experience: 5‑10 people.
  • Personal suitability: Reliable, team player.
