As Flexjet expands its staff, we are actively recruiting for a Building Maintenance Specialist to work in our Facilities staff in Sanford, Florida. Flexjet continues to be the industry leader in compensation and benefits as well as career growth!
Responsibilities
Assist department by performing daily facility and vehicle repairs, regular upkeep of aviation hangars and office facilities Perform special projects & building repairs that include framing walls, drywall, paint, carpet, ceiling tile, door hardware, minor electrical, minor plumbing and minor HVAC repairs. Perform painting, light bulb changes, ceiling tile replacement, and assist with roof leaks Work closely with aircraft mechanics in the maintenance of ground support equipment Performs pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and general maintenance repair and/or service on ground support equipment and tools
