The Opportunity

We're currently recruiting for a hands‑on Specialist Building Maintenance Operative to support a busy site team over the summer period. The role will be predominantly be based at Halifax, however occasional travel through West Yorkshire may also be required. This is required for 8 weeks over July and August.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out plastering works, including patching, repairs, and making good
• Support general building fabric maintenance across the site
• Undertake a range of multi‑skilled repairs (minor joinery, painting, basic maintenance)
