Building Maintenance

• Establishes, monitors, and carries out preventative maintenance procedures and schedules for buildings, equipment and grounds.
• Ensures building and equipment meet all safety, security and fire regulations and policies.
• Makes recommendations for major repairs and purchases to Manager
• Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repair.
• Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs.
• Plans repair work using buildings blueprints or equipment manual as needed.
• Performs routine maintenance on building systems.
• Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
