Building Inspector

What You'll Do Perform Inspections of Foundations, Concrete Slabs, Framing, Roofing, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and related construction activity Prepare and submit daily time and Inspection/Field Reports in accordance with ECS Policy Determine if the permitted Design Plans may require revisions and make recommendations to the Contractors, Engineers and/or Architect Detect deviations from the plans, regulationsm and standard construction practices Demonstrate extensive knowledge of state and local building code regulations, policies, and procedures Follow ECS safety procedures and policies What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required 5+ years of relevant experience Post-secondary education and experience which totals four (4) years, with one (1) year of such experience in building construction Total combined experience may include experience as a Project Manager, Job Superintendent, Builder, Supervisor, Foreman, and/or Competent mechanic in charge of construction At...
