About the role 

The Building and Facilities Manager is responsible for coordinating, supervising, and managing the maintenance, regulatory and statutory compliance and the replacement of the PHIVE/ PTH building assets and equipment in accordance with Council guidelines, policies and procedures across the facilities. 

This is a key operational role working 38 hours a week (Monday to Sunday).
