  • Location: Gul Circle (3 bus stops from Joo Koon MRT)
  • Salary: Up to $5,500/month
  • Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8.00am – 5.00pm
Job Scope
  • Oversee day‑to‑day building and facilities maintenance
  • Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing issues
  • Coordinate and supervise contractors and service providers
  • Support fire safety checks and general safety inspections
  • Maintain maintenance records and ensure regulatory compliance
Requirements
  • Min. NITEC / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of building or facilities maintenance experience
  • Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
  • Hands‑on and comfortable managing facilities independently
