Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead site team on day to day priorities
- Prepare priority tracker and ensure site team adheres to daily task
- Attend to complaints or issues and identify solution
- Ensure complaints are reduced and resolved in timely manner
- Conduct daily walkabout according to schedule
- Maintain & Review Emergency & Corrective Maintenance done by technician
- Monitor service providers and contractors
- Complete service provider checklist
- Responsible for overall site KPI's
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Property Management, Real Estate or equivalent
- At least 3 years' experience in Property Management of stratified developments
- Sound knowledge of Strata Management Act and other related legislation
- Knowledge of Building Systems and interpretation of drawings an added advantage
