**Job Description**
The Building Engineer operates, maintains, and troubleshoots complex building and laboratory infrastructure in a high-volume deliver biotech environment. This role focuses on hands-on work with Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC and MEP systems, and specialized lab support equipment to ensure reliable, safe, and efficient facility operations. **This role is a 1 year long contract.**
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot Building Management Systems (BMS) across multiple platforms, including ALC and Schneider.
+ Perform daily inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems, including HVAC and other MEP infrastructure.
+ Diagnose and repair mechanical equipment such as **_air handlers, chillers, cooling towers, exhaust fans, and VAV systems_** in real time **_without relying solely on vendors._**
