Building Engineer

Essential Functions:

The job offered is a full-time on-site role as a Building Engineer in a mixed-use property in Quezon City. The Building Engineer shall assist in the management and administration of building operations, with functions related to facilities and equipment operation and maintenance, engineering, security, housekeeping and other operations, while ensuring compliance with regulations relating building and equipment operations. Specific duties shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Conduct regular equipment test runs to ensure readiness and availability.
• Track tool and inventory consumption and generate regular inventory updates.
• Address tenant concerns and coordinate solutions for facilities-related issues.
• Maintain a safe environment for tenants, visitors, and personnel.
