JOB SUMMARY

Ensures proper, orderly, cost effective, and timely execution of the operation and maintenance of all building systems, facilities, and equipment.

JOB DESCRIPTION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • PRE-OPERATIONS

  • Participate in testing and commissioning and punchlisting of building equipment and systems and common area.

  • Attends Project Technical Group and/or Construction Coordination Meeting to provide inputs and raise potential operational building concern/s.

  • Establish and update equipment database.

  • Create a 52 week Comprehensive Preventive Maintenance Calendar.

  • Create the Technical Profile of the Building.

  • Facilitate screening and acquisition of Multi-skilled Technicians to be assigned in the Project.

  • Consolidate equipment and other engineering applicable government permits and licenses.
