Building Engineer

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Must be a Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
• Have related work / internship experience in security, maintenance, and facilities management.
• Fresh graduates with related internship experience can apply
• Proficient in building systems such as Electrical, HVAC, UPS, Facilities Management, Building Maintenance, Structural, Mechanical, MEPFS.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and other computer applications.
• With experience or basic knowledge in maintaining facilities for BPO offices, commercial, and mixed-use buildings.
• Holds one or more certifications: PCO, BOSH, COSH, OSH (preferred).
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on Monday to Saturday in a shifting schedule.
• Can start ASAP.
