In this full-time role based in Sampaloc, Manila City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the condominium's infrastructure and systems. What you'll be doing
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other mechanical equipment
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and address any issues proactively
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure timely and effective completion of projects
- Monitor energy and water usage, and implement energy-saving initiatives to optimise efficiency
