Position: Building Engineer
Location: University Pad Residences Taft, 912 P. Ocampo St., Malate, Manila & University Pad Residences U-Belt, 861 Padre Campa Street, Sampaloc, Manila
Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8AM to 5PM
Reports To: General Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and other facilities.
  • Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, and equipment to identify maintenance issues and safety concerns.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests, emergencies, and technical issues.
  • Coordinate and supervise contractors and service providers for specialized repairs and installations.
