Building EngineerACCOUNTABILITY STATEMENT
Supports Chief Engineer and supports and directs, contractors and vendors involved in general building and equipment maintenance activities including installation, maintenance, and repair of building structures and equipment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Performs maintenance and repairs of electrical/electronic, air pneumatic, heating-venting and air conditioning, secured access, water and other facility systems.

Coordinates the day-to-day maintenance activities of outside vendors and contractors.
