Building Engineer

We are looking for a Building Engineer to oversee the operation, maintenance, and upkeep of building facilities.



Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)

• License is not necessary but experience is required.

• With relevant experience as a Building Engineer or in building/facilities management

• Knowledgeable in building systems (electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC)

• Experience in building maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance

• Able to supervise contractors and service providers

• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills

• Ability to diagnose and fix mechanical or structural issues
