Responsibilities
- Assist the project manager to achieve work objectives, teach and demonstrate the work of the workers, and ensure that each worker meets the customer's requirements for progress and quality while ensuring safe work and alignment with the company's efficiency goals.
- Attend the daily toolbox meeting and brief workers at 7:30 a.m.
- Familiarize with Archi and structural drawings.
- Communicate and implement the project manager's objectives to ensure work progress, quality and safety meet customer requirements.
- Provide setting out according to the drawings requirements.
- Teach and personally demonstrate to workers how to erect the shoring; assemble prefab formwork; install formwork; and dismantle the formwork.
- Check the size, level, and alignment of the formwork; ensure that the completed formwork quality meets the requirements of the Consultant Specification and PE Design Requirements.
