Job Title: BMS Technician Location: Virginia area exclusively, between Leesburg Va and Fredericksburg Va. Contract: 12-month Temp to hire Top Skills: A minimum of 3-6 years experience in applicable fields (BAS controls, HVAC controls, Controls-Commissioning, PLC Programming). Tech school Grad or a 4yr degree in Mechanical/Electrical is top pick. Working with customers to provide service and repair solutions. Completing scheduled preventative maintenance and QC. Documentation of recommended repairs, completion of repairs. On call rotation. NW Commissioning, construction PTP, FPT commissioning as needed.
