About the Company

KiaCon Pty Ltd is a Victorian-based construction company delivering residential and low-rise building projects across Melbourne. All construction activities are carried out in compliance with Victorian building regulations and under the direction of appropriately licensed building professionals.

As our project pipeline grows, we are seeking a Building Associate to support site-based coordination and project delivery.

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site support role based across active construction sites in Melbourne.

The Building Associate position is a non-licensed, support-based role and does not carry the responsibilities of a registered builder or site supervisor.

All construction activities are undertaken under the direction of an appropriately licensed builder or appointed project manager, in accordance with Victorian building regulations.
